Departure from the Corralejo pier at 11.00 am aboard the luxury catamaran Freebird towards the paradise island of Lobos. Once there, we’ll drop anchor in one of its magnificent coves. You can go swimming and snorkelling (snorkelling masks and tubes available), relax in the sun, and enjoy a delicious lunch (pasta and mixed salad, potato omelette, tuna pasties + unlimited drinks: water, juice, soft drinks, beer, wine and sangria). After lunch, you can stay on the catamaran to rest or explore Lobos Island on foot and go for a swim at the island’s beach. One of the archipelago’s gems covers just five square kilometres. Its name comes from the many monk seals (also called ‘sea wolves’) that inhabited it when it was discovered in the 15th century. It’s an unforgettable experience that’s a must for everyone: experts, biologists, ecologists, passionate travellers or mere nature lovers. Its beaches and coves with their spectacular seabeds are absolutely stunning and the views from Punta Martiño Lighthouse – one of the island’s icons – are simply breathtaking. We will spend an incredible day at sea.
